Below is our current playlists plus some of our favorite additional datasets. For any teacher or group who wants to see a special show, you can pick one of the playlists below, or you can create your own playlists by going to the NOAA website and picking your own datasets. On the right side you can submit your playlist consisting of the names of the datasets from the SOS website. 

Each playlists has at least two movies and eight datasets, which means the show is around 30 to 40 minutes long. We can do up to an hour and a half show on the Sphere. Explore until your heart is content. 

Water is all around us. In fact, we are mostly water. Yet, a startling amount of water isn't usable by us. The water that we do use is often misused or is unclean. What can the Sphere show us about the water crisis and what can we do to ensure water security is the topic of this playlist. 

This playlist is the perfect exploration of all things plates. A sampling of the datasets: (A) The complete evolution of continental drift; (B) the age of the sea floor and plates; (C) tsunamis and earthquakes; (D) the impact of rising sea levels: (E) The impact of ice.

What is the cause of the climate change? You won't find the answer here, but you will see definite proof that the climate is changing. This playlist shows how temperature have been rising for the past 200 years with the additional datasets showing the effects and possible contributers of climate change. By the end though, the playlist does hint at the real answer. The answer is everything, as Earth is a complex system. 

Energy is all around us ready to be harnessed. This playlist unlocks the mysteries of energy. A sampling of the datasets include: (A) Different looks at the sun to see how it creates energy; (B) Two movies on energy; (C) A look at how ocean currents affect on Energy; (D) Earth at Night and Facebook; (E) Lighting and Fires. 

Mother Nature is a beast. Disasters are ever present, and at practically at every moment, someone is being affected by a natural disaster. This playlist shows all the disasters that happen worldwide every day and every year. The museum urges everyone to volunteer and support their local American Red Cross and other relief efforts. The museum also advocates the presence of surveying in relief efforts. 

An entertaining movie about the dynamic nature of ocean currents and how the ocean influences weather and climate around the world.  

With a new paradigm of energy awaiting us, SOS has vividly and engagingly shown the future of energy through this movie that explores how five renewable energies could forge a new energy paradigm. The movie focuses on cellulosic ethanol fuel, energy-efficient buildings, solar cells, new batteries, and Smart Grid electrical transmission.  

There are 200-400 billion stars in the Milky Way Galaxy.  Surprisingly, all 200 billion stars and objects rotate around the Galactic Center. While we aren't in the Alpha Centura, it is the closest star to our sun. There are three stars in Alpha Centauri, and we are right next door. 

This map highlights how many times each square kilometer around the world is struck by a lightning bolt per year. In America, Florida is struck the most at 59 lightning bolts per year. In the world, the village of Kifuka in Congo is struck 158 lightning bolts. A beautiful yet terrifying map when followed by the global fires in the world.
